Find Us The Church of St Peter-in-Ely
Broad Street Ely Cambridgeshire CB7 4BQ Parking and public transport A limited amount of space for car parking may be available within the church grounds. However, the Ship Lane and Fore Hill car-parks (both free of charge) are only a short walk away and the church is also within easy walking distance of Ely Railway Station and the bus-stops in Station Road, Broad Street and opposite the Tesco supermarket. St. Peter’s is a small traditional Anglican church near the station and the river, where everyone is welcome. Opening Times Times of services can be found here. Please note that the church will NOT be open on August 26th or September 2nd. The church is open for visitors and quiet prayer on Mondays (apart from Bank Holidays) from 9.30am until 1pm and the priest, Rev'd Ann Williams, is available in the church room for anyone who would like to come and talk for any reason. The church is also open on Mondays from 5.30pm before Evening Prayer. Please note that there are occasions when the church is locked at short notice because Rev'd Ann is called away urgently. If you are planning a special visit, please let her know in advance to ensure the church will be open. The church is also open on Tuesdays from 10am before Holy Communion at midday. Rev'd Ann is also available in the church at other times by prior appointment. |
